Cam is a native of Birmingham, AL. He graduated from Minor High School in 2012 and signed to play football with Miles College, where he played for one season. Cam then joined the UAB football team in 2014. After the shut down of that program, Cam finished his career as a player at The University of Arkansas Pine Bluff.

Since graduating in 2016 with a BS in Kinesiology, Cam has stayed involved with athletes full time. He first served as a training assistant coach with D1 Sports. He also worked at the University of Southern Mississippi as a Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant. Cam continued to climb the professional ladder and worked with the USFL and the NFL in the areas of player performance and strength and conditioning.

Cam currently runs SF3, a brand he created to continue his passion for serving athletes. He has had his hand in building hundreds of student-athletes who have played at both the collegiate and professional levels. Cam currently serves as the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Moody High School.
