Brandon "GSD" Wiley

Bio

Coach Wiley aka "GSD" is the glue that keeps this Moody Football family together. Entering his 25th season with the Blue Devils, GSD has seen this place change more than one could imagine. It's hard to put into words everything that coach does for this program. He has coached at almost every position but more recently finding his niche in the special teams department. For the last 3 seasons, Moody has had one of the most disciplined and productive special teams units in the state. He also carries many titles that can be somewhat summed into "Director of Football Operations". From field maintenance to game-day operations, GSD does it all. The number of lives he has touched would be hard to count up. But one thing is for sure, anyone near or far from our program knows who Coach Wiley is.

Wiley graduated from Springville High School in 1989. Received a BS in Education from Jacksonville State University in 1994.

A native of Springville, AL, Wiley and his wife Jill have 4 children. Alix 34, Ellie 34, Austin 32, Major 23 and 6 grandchildren.
